Course Overview
The Millennia Defense Renewal 8-Hour CCW Certification Course is designed to meet and exceed the requirements set forth by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department and the State of California for applicants seeking a Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) Permit.

Effective January 1, 2024, California law requires a 8-hour training course for renewal CCW applicants. This comprehensive program fulfills and exceeds those state and county mandates while delivering practical, real-world instruction rooted in responsibility, safety, and lawful concealed carry.

Course Breakdown
Duration: 8 Hours (Online Instruction + Range Time)

Format: Online Course + In-Person Shooting Qualification

Maximum Firearms Allowed on CCW: 6

Students must demonstrate the ability to safely and effectively draw from concealment, engage targets from multiple distances, and achieve a minimum passing score of 80%. Safe firearm handling and manipulation will be assessed throughout the qualification.
